Khazartireh Villa is located on the foothills overlooking the forests of Vanoush in northern Iran, where architecture becomes a medium for experiencing nature rather than separating from it. The project is based on dissolving the boundary between the built environment and the surrounding landscape — instead of acting as a barrier, the villa frames and extends the experience of the forest, mountains, and distant sea.
An open floor plan, generous cantilevered terraces, a surrounding reflecting pool, and floor-to-ceiling glazing create a continuous dialogue between interior and exterior spaces. The building is carefully positioned with minimal intervention to the natural site, preserving the existing landscape while allowing everyday life to unfold in close connection with nature. Rather than relying on heavy enclosed forms, the architecture seeks lightness, transparency, and openness — a living environment that celebrates the unique character of the forest and its changing seasons.
