Nastaran is conceived through a contemporary approach defined by a soft, continuous form, where simplicity, order, and continuity establish the architectural language of the building.

Softened corners, façade depth, and the integration of greenery within the balconies reduce the visual rigidity of the mass and contribute to a more lively and human-scaled expression. The façade is organized through a repetitive pattern with controlled variation, where shifts in the depth of openings and projecting layers create a changing rhythm of light and shadow throughout the day.
